Cornerstone Farm is a quiet, family run boarding/training facility on 12 acres with five 12'x10' stalls and one 10'x10' stall available for immediate use. We have an indoor arena, an outdoor arena, group and/or separate daily turnout, and over 50 years of experience in all aspects of horse care. We have an on-site Working Equitation trainer/instructor with 15 years of WE experience. We offer full miniature horse boarding (or ponies under 40" at the wither) for $175.00 per month in Flemington, NJ. This includes grain, hay, scheduled chiropractor, vet, and farrier services (to be billed separately or use your own!), fresh water, blanketing changes, equipment storage for tack/carts/harnesses, and more! Your mini will live outside in a paddock with access to a run-in shed and we offer daily turnout in one of our beautiful large grass fields.

If you and your mini enjoy driving, we have access to on-site trails wide and groomed enough for your cart. We also have a grass ring and several large fields for driving in too. We are also a part of a horse agility club (basically an in-hand obstacle course) and set up monthly courses for practice and showing purposes! We have many beautiful obstacles for you and your mini including a full miniature horse jumping course, a wooden platform, hula hoops, pool noodle walk-through, and more!

We attend schooling miniature horse shows throughout the year for driving and in-hand.

Our farm caters to the retired equine. Our mission is to ensure a safe and happy resident! In order to do this, we have several pastures ranging from 6 to 23 acres, all with large run-in sheds. Our sheds are picked daily and fields are cut throughout the year, so residents always have plenty of room to roam and grass to graze! We act as a full care facility, so your horse is cared for on a daily basis - this includes grooming, blanketing, application of all insect repellents, and any topical meds, arranging appointments for farrier, vaccinations and once yearly dental.
