We provide 24/7 service on a 12 acre property. During spring and summer, the horses graze on our lush fields. You will find our base price extremely competitive for boarding, and retirement. Each horse is cared for, as if they were our own. Retirement of all horses types are part of our program. We offer, lay-ups, and lay-overs. Being located equal distance between Middletown and Newburgh, 6 miles north of Rt. 84, make us ideally positioned. We provide horse transportation through S&S EQUINE TRANSPORT LLC. Boots and Saddles Boarding Facility is located along the shawangunk mountains. We are on 110 acres with trails out back. We have 27 stalls which are very airy, matted and have automatic heated Nelson waterers and feeders. The barn has automatic Pyrahna fly spray system. Large outdoor riding ring with sprinkler system and lights. Barns have rubber pavers which is great on your horse no stress of standing on concrete.
