Hunter Landing is a professional, yet affordable, year round, full-care horse boarding facility. We are located in Central New York, just East of Sylvan Beach. We specialize in hunters, jumpers, and equitation for all levels of riding while prioritizing top quality care for each and every individual horse. The Hunter Landing property features a large, lighted outdoor arena and comfortable indoor arena, a full set of jumps, a viewing lounge, approximately 33 acres of pasture for rotational grazing (group or private turnout is available), run-in shelters, a 10' x 16' indoor wash rack with hot water, 12'x12' and 10'x10' matted stalls, and top quality hay and grain. All board includes turnout (weather permitting), daily stall cleaning, dispensing of supplements if purchased by the boarder, and quality hay and grain.

We offer pasture board for $275, mid-range board at $375 (side aisle with storage available in a community tack room), and premium board for $400.

Lessons rates are $30 for a one-hour private lesson and $25 for a one-hour group lesson (dependent on experience). We welcome all levels of riding, from those who are taking their very first lesson, to those that just want to ride for leisure, or for the serious rider that wants to show! Commercial horse boarding business with big time friendly atmosphere. Green Gate Farm is a clean, safe, drama free and friendly boarding facility. We have been boarding horses on this property for 25 years and boarding in general for 30 years. We have very well trained and highly experienced adults supervising, cleaning, training and giving lessons at our facility. Owners live on the property and are very active in the day-to-day operation. Horses are grained and hayed 7am and 7 pm with turnout on rotated grass pasture for 4 -6 hours per day. Extra hay is given when turn out is not possible. We have a 140 long indoor arena, 100x200 outdoor arena, and newly installed 60 ft round pen. All footing is maintained weekly and addressed yearly.
