Dancing Horse Farm has over 40 acres with Nelson automatic waterers; four-board wood fenced pastures; dry-lots with all-weather footing; a 1/2 mile oval racetrack for practicing tempis, conditioning your eventer or cooling out your horse; 61 stalls, most 12x14, all recently re-floored with gravel bases and rubber mats, with corner feeders and yoke gates; a 75' x 200' indoor arena with state-of-the-art FutureTrak fiber and sand footing, T-111 slanted kick walls, eve lights and three rows of high powered metal halide lights, as well as over 125 linear feet of 6-foot-tall mirrors and a top-of-the-line surround-sound system for clinics and musical freestyle rides. A climate-controlled observation room with a powder room and coffeemaker overlooks the indoor. The indoor arena also allows ample room for participant riders and up to 100 auditors for DHF's educational events.

Other DHF amenities: clean, modern powder rooms in each barn; two wash stalls per barn with hot and cold water; two well-lit grooming stalls per barn; a 70' custom-made steel slant-wall lunging arena; two outdoor arenas with excellent, well-maintained footing, one 100' x 240' (full competition size), one 70' x 190'; staff apartments in each barn for apprentices and working students, so horses are under observation 24/7. Each barn has a tack room with one roomy, enclosed locker per stall for the boarders' tack and equipment. Each tack room is equipped with a utility sink, saddle rack and bridle hook for tack cleaning, and a washer and dryer for saddle pads and leg wraps. Each stall has a blanket bar and its own light and power outlet so it's easy to plug in heated water buckets or fans.

An expansion program is ongoing. We recently fenced in portions of the infield as pastures (the automatic waterers were already in place). Some of our plans include building a climate-controlled classroom in Barn 3 with a kitchenette; converting part of the storage area attached to Barn 3 into a small indoor arena for beginner riders; building more cross-country jumps (some are in place now).

DHF is proud to have received EQUIP grants for several of our improvements (the dry lot and small outdoor arena with all-weather footing). Hathaway Hill is a full-service boarding and training facility specializing in Hunters, Jumpers, and Equitation. Located in Lebanon, Ohio, we are just 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and 25 minutes from The World Equestrian Center. Our barn and facilities are meticulously kept to ensure an enjoyable environment for both horse and rider. We have an indoor arena measuring 85' x 178' and an outdoor arena measuring 125' x 215'. Both have been refinished with "dust-free" Premier ProTex Fiber Footing.

We offer full-care board, as well as riding lessons, showing, sales, and leases. We attend both local and A-rated shows year-round. Our full-time staff works hard to provide a happy and healthy learning environment for both horse and rider.

We have 17 turn-out grass paddocks and offer individual turnout or small group turnout, whichever is preferred. We also have 4 all-weather turn-outs for the winter months. All of our stalls are matted and have fans. Our barn is heated for those cold winter months. We have three indoor wash bays with heat lamps above. Soap, shampoo, and standard bathing supplies are included with the board.

Our full care board offers turnout, blanketing, coordinated shoeing and veterinary programs, injury care, and vet follow-up. Individualized feeding program, including supplements that you provide. Use of our wraps, pads, barn, and grooming supplies is also included.
