We own a 36 acre 1st class equine facility just outside Dayton Ohio. It has been built from scratch with the horses well being the main factor. All the horses have their own matted stall with access to water 24/7. They have a light to help their owners see @ night and a roof over their head to store some supplies. Their feed is in a colic proof container in front of their stall and supplies can be stored in a heated tack room. The horses have their own turn-out lot with a water spigot or can go into a group lot. If weather is bad they can go out to stretch in a mud-lot. They can be work, trained, or enjoyed in our 60' round pen, 60' X 120' Indoor arena, 1/2 mile exercise track, or on a near-by trail. If your horse needs to be cooled down or just needs cleaned up use our horse wash house to do so.
