Horse Boarding in Jefferson, Oregon (Marion County)

We have great facilities at our small and friendly Farm Stay and Stable near Junction City, OR. We offer boarding services in our mostly gaited horse barn, along with lessons on gaited and non-gaited horses. We also offer a guest barn for horse travelers for both overnight stays and for staying over for a few days of local riding from mountains to beaches. We offer several human guest accommodations for Farms Stays and for travelers with horses. For horse travelers, we have parking available near our guest barn with hook up for living quarters trailers or RV's. We have water, 20 amp electrical, and WiFi and well maintained porta potty on site. We also have an RV Guest House with all the amenities and a guest cottage with a cozy wood stove and giant securely fenced yard. Both accommodations can accommodate up to four people comfortably. We are pet friendly for well behaved pets. We are less than 20 miles from Interstate 5, located between Corvallis and Eugene, just a half hour drive from either community. Only advance reservations. We accept all credit cards for secure and contactless online payment.

At our boarding facility and family stable, we specialize in gaited horses with Paso Finos and Rocky Mountain horses, but all breeds are welcome. Boarding is partial care. (We do not offer self care or full care, although we have a great stall cleaning crew available if you need stalls cleaned) We have a limited number of boarders so your horse will receive individualized care and attention. Always room in the arena for riding. Stalls are light and airy, matted, 12 x 12 in size, and have nice runs. Some bedding included. We feed twice a day and turn out in larger pasture. You are responsible for providing hay, grain, supplements, setting up your feed & water, and cleaning a minimum of four times per week. We are a private boarding facility on 53+ tranquil acres in Junction City. Our barn has just 14 stalls, so we have a small, inviting atmosphere without the drama of a large facility. We have an indoor arena, hot water wash area, year round turnout (weather permitting), BRAND NEW large stalls (we just finished up 8 new Barn Pros stall fronts and added 36' sanded runs to 4 of the stalls), trails right on the property, a cross country jump course, an outdoor seasonal jump ring and so much more! We focus on making your stay at Fernbrook Stables safe and FUN for both you and your equines.
We offer both partial and full care options and can come up with a care package to suit just about anyone.

B&G Stables is a well founded self care barn in Newberg, OR. We have twenty-one roomy stalls as well as eight large and two small turn outs. Two wash racks & two tackrooms are also available. There is an indoor arena that is kept well groomed for training and workouts. Barn hours are 5am to 10pm Mon-Sat and Sun by appointment. Boarders have access to the property 5am to 10pm seven days a week as well as late hours for picking up and returning from events. Tack rooms are kept locked and only management and boarders have keys. Wash racks have hot and cold running water. There is a large 80 x 180 indoor arena so weather is not an issue. The arena is worked and watered so it has excellent footing. This is a private farm. I raised AQHA, APHA & TB horses. I have reduced my herd to just a couple of horses and decided to board out a couple of the empty stalls. The stalls are 12X12 with rubber matting. There is one foaling stall that is 12X24. One of the stalls has a turn out area, but most of the time I lead the horses to one of two fields during the day. Both fields have sheds to protect the horses from sun & rain. At night they are in their stalls. The fencing is wood in the turn out area and plastic white fence in the fields. I prefer boarding to mares, but would consider a gelding. I have foaled out many mares in the past and stand a palomino stud. I do not have an indoor or outdoor arena only the fields and they are not flat. I feed eastern or alfalfa, orchard grass, & grain. During the fly season I spray the horses for flies and put on fly masks. I will not board to a cribber or stall kicker. call and we can discuss boarding price.... See More
