We would like to invite you to our boarding facility. Our sizable 2 barn facility sits on 10 acres of land in a quiet equestrian neighborhood. Our spacious facility offers a 13 stall barn and a 18 stall barn to suite individual equestrian needs. We have 10 stalls with paddock access. Each spacious stall is equipped with stall mats, automatic watering, and individual light and fan switches. The barns are very breezy and airy all year round. There is spacious land for the horses to frolic, exercise, and ride. We have a large round pin, and two 12 by 12 wash racks with hot and cold running water.

For our clients the facility is equipped with large tack rooms, 2 in the 18 stall barn and 1 in the 13 stall barn. Throughout the facility is filtered water and a fully equipped break room for your convenience. Attached to the 18 stall barn is a spacious covered patio area for rest and relaxation. You can also find and refresh yourself with reverse osmosis water from the water fountain. The facility has 24 hour physical security present.

Our horse experience, like that of many, dates back to the younger years. The manager at Aurora Farms Florida began not only riding, but also caring for horses at a young age. After several years of cleaning stalls and learning the basic aspects of horse care, a mustang pony found its way into our heart. A few years of learning later (and the pony outgrown!) the trainer of a nearby Hunter/Jumper farm brought her on as a working student. While working in this position she encountered all aspects of horse care and management while competing in the Hunter and Equitation divisions on sale horses and off-the-track thoroughbreds. These years form foundation of what we do now and seeking high quality board for and finding it missing has delivered us at the desire to provide excellence in boarding. With over 18 years of equestrian experience we have decided to focus solely on providing excellent boarding to the south Tampa area. Beginner lessons may be in the future, but for now it is about YOUR horse- check back!

At the moment our facility is based at Laurel Oaks Stables South in Wimauma Florida. This five acre property is almost entirely shaded by beautiful trees covered in spanish moss and even has a pond. Offering ten stalls for boarding, we have more amenities than one would expect at that size! This allows us to provide an excellent facility, top-notch care, and personalization for each boarder.

All stalls are oversized stall and we also offer stalls with an attached paddock, or a stall with a private paddock. Our excellent feed and hay program that can be customized for your horse (we utilize a variety of feeds and hays to do so!). We have a ring, sand ring, jumps, the ability walk to state park for trails, and lights for riding in the dark! The facility also has cross-ties, a dedicated wash stall/area, an indoor tack room and spacious feed room. Quality lessons, training, and showing are available with trainer that travels to the farm for other clients.
At the moment we have three boarding options, full, partial, and self-care.

-Full care includes everything, designed to be easy and worry-free for you. All feed and hay are provided, as is all care and turn-out. If you are out of town often or at the barn every day you will have peace knowing your horse is cared for as if you are there every day.

-Partial care includes all hay and labor, but excludes grain. This option allows you to create your own feed system if desired (simply bring it and we will feed it).

-Self-care includes turnout only. We will turn in/out your horse on a daily basis (unless directed otherwise) and drop feed/hay, but you must provide all feed/hay.

Full board starts at $350, partial starts at $250.

Background on our owner Nicole Olsen:
She is a gold, silver and bronze medal rider trainer
Nicole started riding horses at age 7 while living in Switzerland and started training younger children at age 13. She currently trains all levels from beginner to Grand Prix for Dressage and also trains Jumping for all classes. She has training and experience with double lunge ground work and dual activation.

Nicole specializes in showing and training dressage in Southwest Florida. Whether the client is interested in schooling at home or training at our facility, Nicole can successfully bring out both the horse and rider's full potential. With her natural horsemanship and Dressage experience, Nicole can show you and your horse how to be a good team. Actively showing while living in Switzerland Nicole moved to Florida in 2011 and has continued showing here in the US. Nicole has earned Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals and has won over 80 blue Ribbon Trophies, and counting.

Nicole Olsen Equestrian has something for everyone. Whether you are looking for training in dressage English or Western dressage discipline, a trainer for your horses, or a trainer for your children; we can easily accommodate you. We offer lessons from beginners to FEI.

Bonita Grande Dressage LLC is located on 5 acres in Bonita Springs, Fl. This prime location is approximately 5 minutes from I-75 and 10 min from the heart of Bonita Springs. With only about a 2 hour drive to Wellington and Tampa this location is ideal for the competitive horse person.
The barn has 9 12*12 stalls. Each stall has a drain system and mats, on
ground and the concrete walls in the perimeter stalls. Divider walls are made
of puck board (the same material that is used in ice skating rings). This board
is soft to the kick but virtually indestructible. Each stall also has an
automatic waterer and fan. The 14 ft. aisle way with big garage door size
openings on both sides and an open copula to the roof’s ventilation system
always great ventilation all year round.
Amenities include an air-conditioned feed and tack room. The feed room has a refrigerator and bathroom. The barn is laid out to withstand 150 MPH, it is equipped with storm shutters or rollup gates on all openings. It is also designed to be fire resistant.
Grass pastures that are maintained and watered year round.
Hay, shavings, tractors and other equipment is stored in a separate 30*30
building.
The dressage arena is standard Olympic Size 60*20 meters. The Nike
footing is ideal for all weather conditions, as it drains well in the summer but
does not dry out in the winter. The far short side of the arena has
approximately 6 ft tall mirrors. The whole arena was an automated sprinklers
system.
At the front of the arena there is a sitting area under a cover gazebo.

Cottonwood Equestrian Center in Lithia is offering spacious stalls (12x12 & 12x14) for $675 full stall board. Full board includes day or night turn out, rotational deworming every other month, custom feed program, blanketing and unblanketing in winter months and we are happy to fly spray before turn out if you leave your fly spray bottle on the blanket bar on the stall. We use slow feed hay nets to ensure everything is eaten instead of walked into the bedding. The barn is equipped with a bathroom and we have a small refrigerator for your convenience. Additionally, the tack room is climate-controlled, has an equine meds refrigerator. Beautiful, quiet 15-acre property has a 70-foot round pen, multiple riding pastures, two full size dressage courts and a full jump course, grass turn outs, spacious hacking path and the Alafia State Trail Reserve less than 2 miles away.
