Brand new 9 stall barn where each stall is 12x12 in size and has a small paddock attached. Your horse can go back and forth as he pleases or a guard can be put up so they remain in the stall.

Boarders have riding access on the entire property and surrounding sandy roads.

The second barn is a 3 stall barn. This barn has its private AC tack room too, private feed/hay room, wash stall is hot/cold water. With this barn, your horses will enjoy two large paddock with run in shed.

You will have the use of a 100x200 irrigated and lighted outdoor arena with a full set of jumps if needed and ATV + drag and fly.
