We have a large 100'x150' arena, 80' round pen, small dessage arena, cross country schooling course, we have access to 500 acres that backs to the Long Cane horse trails giving you hundreds of miles of trails to explore. We are a small, quiet, friendly, family owned farm in the country. We are in Iva, SC. Near the Anderson county/Abbeville county line.
We mainly offer self care pasture board. However, we are very happy to work with you and the needs of your horse to accommodate most situations.
At this time, we can only accept mares and geldings. Also, we only have a very limited amount of openings, as we do not crowd the horses here. We firmly believe that a horse that has room to graze naturally is happier and healthier than a horse crammed into a lot with too many other horses. So, openings here are limited, and don't come up too very often.
Our fees for self care pasture board start at $185 per month.
This includes use of our 100'x180' arena and round pen. And our 10 acres of carefully maintained trails.
If you need other services, we are happy to work out a boarding plan to fit your horse.

Our facility is very neat, clean, & organized with well manicured, beautiful pastures. Owners are provided with daily updates about their horses and activities going on at the farm.

Our pastures are thick lush bermuda mixed fescue, cross-fenced for gender specific turnout & pasture rotation. All 5 pastures are well manicured and fertilized twice per year, and drag-harrowed about 1x per month. All pastures have an abundance of shade trees. All fencing is electric (No barbed wire)

Current amenities include: Inside H&C wash stall (infrared heater available for use as needed when present in winter); Barn Fly misting system; Lighted 50' x 100' training/obstacle play pen; Two tack storage areas; Outside matted cold water wash rack with crossties & access to electricity.
