Lucas Farms provides professional full care board, as well as full care field board. We are a quiet luxury facility, located just minutes from downtown Chestertown. Along with our custom built 14 stall barn, we provide 2 hot/cold wash stalls, 6 paddocks, outdoor all weather footed arena, free style cross country course, and trails leading to public land. Our barn is climate controlled, with cushioned flooring in our isle way and wash stalls. We are equipped with an automatic fly spray system to keep flies at a minimum in our barn, as well as 24/7 surveillance in which boarders can have access to their horses stall specifically for a small fee. Our stalls are matted, 4 stalls being double stalls, along with having automatic water systems cleaned daily.

Catering to the rider we provide a heated tack room, storage for blankets, and fly gear. A washer and dryer, full bathroom, as well as a break room that looks out to the outdoor arena.

Our fields are picked daily to ensure cleanliness and horse safety. Lucas Farms provides Triple Crown feeds and balancers however we always our boarders to provide their own feed. The facility also provides a choice between alfalfa and Timothy hay.

Where every horse is a treasure!

We are a small farm located in Hagerstown Md near Stateline and close to I81 and I70. Quality care at affordable prices. We offer long term boarding and layover boarding as well as electric hookup.

We have 6 matted stalls and each one is attached to a private paddock. Horses are in 1/2 the day in their private area and turned out into pasture or a large paddock the other half pending weather. Our large paddock is now covered so all horses will have shelter when needed. We have several nice fields we rotate them in. We have an outdoor arena, a large round pen and heated tack & feed rooms.

I have 2 horses and love being around them. I've been around horses most of my life.
