We have abundant pastures and large box stalls available for your horses on our 400 acre farm conveniently located near l - 64, in Keswick Hunt Country.You won't find a better or more attentive place for your horses. We are a small but top notch boarding and riding facility.
Our barn includes; large walnut stained horse stalls, hot/cold wash stall, heated/cooled tack room with bathroom, recessed lights and fans in each stall, large isle way, observation booth at horse arena, horse arena with jump course, roundpen, lounge with full bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room, two extra tack rooms, small and large paddocks.

Some of the services we offer are full board, field board, leases, lessons, and trail rides. We often attend horse shows, clinics, benefit trail rides, and fox hunts.

We are in Central Virginia just three miles off of I64 allowing for a very easy commute. We are able to haul if requested.

Deep Run Hunt Club fox hunts a few times a year from our farm, we have access to over 2000 acres of trails, we have spacious stalls for layups, and we can also offer lodging for horses and owners going long distances.

The facility sits on 75 acres surrounded by Farmington Hunt territory and adjacent to a top level eventing barn. For the last 15 years we have been specializing in detailed senior care for retired hunter jumpers. These horses receive the best in care and attention. Under our watchful eye we manage for your horse, administration of treatments or meds as per veterinarian and/or farrier instructions. Comprehensive daily grooming, hand walking and/or turn out as needed. Development and implementation of individual treatment/fitness/nutrition plan

The PJ Williams 14-stall custom structure is centrally located on the property and offers many options that a foaling mare or injured horse on its way to recovery will need. It is within the close service range to four or more veterinary hospitals.
The barn itself has an indoor track for walking and jogging with stalls in the center. There is an efficient 4-fan ventilation system in the roof that pulls air up and out in the hot weather. Radiating out from the barn are many options for private turn out that can be large or small, pasture or dry lot, most with run in sheds and fans. The stalls are 12 x 12 with several 12 x 24 foaling stalls and an observation room. Fencing is horse-safe woven Kentucky Diamond wire with top boards.
