You won't find another more reliable and caring stable that is more receptive to your horses individual needs in the area. We care about your horses like they are our own and they will thrive in our clean, organized, and friendly environment. Monthly board is $350.00 and includes hay and grain, matted stalls that are cleaned out daily, daily turnout into large pastures or individual turnout, heated water buckets and fans, blanketing (changed when appropriate for weather or per owners instructions), daily fly mask application and removal, and fly spray application (spray provided by owner). Our barn features a heated tack room with individual tack lockers, wash tub, matted 10'x12' or 12'x12' stalls, and a large clean indoor arena. Our property features an outdoor fenced in arena, jumps, outdoor wash rack with hot and cold water, large pastures, and trails for you and your horse to enjoy.

We are located just 30 minutes from the Northern Kettle Moraine trails, 15 minutes north of Merton and Oconomowoc, and 45 minutes west of highway 45.

WE ARE CURRENTLY FULL at this time. We are a private boarding barn with 9 stalls, available at $200 monthly. Horses are put in stalls in inclement weather only or at your leisure if want to use the stall to grain or groom your horse. We provide stall cleaning and shavings. Quality hay fed 2x daily, 2 horse shelters, electric fencing, pasture turnout, hitching post, tack room, 60ft round pen to be installed summer 2024, 2 area parks within 4 miles for actual riding trails. 2x yearly worming routines added to board when the time arises. Regularly scheduled farrier visits every 6-8 weeks, spring shots and coggins with johnson equine services and falls shots and dental with kettle moraine equine. These are available for you to join in on if you board with us, but we will need the money beforehand for the farrier visits unless you plan to be there when the trims are being done. We ask that anyone who boards with us provide us with current coggins and vaccinations paperwork. Treat others how you'd like to be treated, and treat the property with respect. Dover Stables is a family friendly, drama free indoor/outdoor horse boarding facility. All horses and riding styles are welcome.

We are on 56 acres with a stable, an indoor arena (60 x 200)with heated viewing room, a 100 x 200 sand based and lighted outdoor arena and a 3 acre, 23 foot deep pond with a beach, great for swimming alone or with your horse! Also great fishing-bluegills, bass, crappies...We also have a 5/8 of a mile track with a groomed limestone base that is fun to ride at full gallop or at a leisurely stroll around at dusk.

The stable has 40 matted stalls (12 x 12 and each one has a window), 3 over-sized "birthing" stalls also with windows. Also 8 of the stalls have doors for direct turnout in to the paddocks. There are 4 wash stations w/ hot and cold water, a laundry room, lounge with kitchenette with WIFI and 4 tack rooms.

We currently have 10 small pastures (1/2 to 1 acre), 2 large pastures (10 acres each), 4 dry lots and 2 round pens. The pastures have shelters and auto waterers.
We feed high quality hay "on demand" so the horses have hay in front of them all of the time. We feed grain morning and night to the indoor board horses and morning only to the outdoor boarders. Up to 3 pounds per day of Kalm & Easy is included in the board.

Our outdoor board is $325 per month and indoor is $500-includes daily turn out weather permitting.
