* Outdoor grass arena, 120 x 96
* Indoor riding arena 80 x 60'
* 50' round pen
* 2 individual Dry turnout paddocks, appx 1.75 acres each
with 2 Round Hay Bales in each paddock and water troughs
* Electric fencing around paddocks
* 11 x 11 solidly built oak stalls, with mats, deep bedded, cleaned daily
* Tack room with personal space for each boarder
* Cross ties inside barn & power outlets for clippers/vet use by stall doors
* Horses turned out daily (weather permitting) & brought in to stalls at night
* 12% sweet-feed grain, 3 lbs ... fed am & pm
* Quality grass/alfalfa hay
* Supplements supplied by owner fed Free of charge
* Roasted Beans, if additional weight is needed, available for small fee

CRS offers a beautiful facility boasting a 72x180 sand footing heated indoor arena and attached heated stable. The small herd size (35 head max) and family atmosphere mean you have plenty of opportunities to ride without competing for arena space. Riders also have access to approx 5 miles of groomed trails and outdoor riding areas perfect for conditioning.
CRS maintains a high standard of care for our client horses. Grassy home-grown hay is generously fed twice daily as well as a premium concentrate based on a ration balancer. Green pastures provide feed and exercise during the summer.
Riders and their families enjoy a large lounge looking into the arena and groom bays encourage friendly discussion as horses are prepped for work.
