We are active horse enthusiasts who own our own facility. Our horses enjoy lush pasture in the summer and dry lots with limestoned run in sheds when not on pasture. At night and during inclement weather our horses enjoy large matted stalls with wall mounted slow feed hay nets. Blankets, when needed, are donned for outdoor turnout as our barn is heated.

To ensure the quality of our feed program we work with an equine nutritionist and source our hay off our own fields. Our fields and pastures are maintained and fertilizing based of needs derived from hay crop analysis reports.

We enjoy a well kept facility with indoor and large outdoor, tackroom, feed room and indoor washstall with hot water. Above all we enjoy the peace and tranquility found in a drama free private facility.

We maintain herd cohesion within our herd via small group turnout. Outside trainers with proof of trainers insurance are welcome.

We have two openings for horse boarding. Large box stalls 11 x 13 to our smallest which is 10 x 11 feet. Stalls are all rubber matted and cleaned daily. Grain and hay is feed twice a day. Vitamins, soybean oil and worming are included. Our indoor arena is 60 x 150”. The indoor arena has excellent footing and the lighting is great. We have very dust problems in the arena which is great for horse and rider both. There are heated water tanks in the pasture with very safe fencing. Number of horses are limited to three a pasture. Limited trail riding is available when weather permits. We are a small family run stable. Only 12 horses are on the property. Dover Stables is a family friendly, drama free indoor/outdoor horse boarding facility. All horses and riding styles are welcome.

We are on 56 acres with a stable, an indoor arena (60 x 200)with heated viewing room, a 100 x 200 sand based and lighted outdoor arena and a 3 acre, 23 foot deep pond with a beach, great for swimming alone or with your horse! Also great fishing-bluegills, bass, crappies...We also have a 5/8 of a mile track with a groomed limestone base that is fun to ride at full gallop or at a leisurely stroll around at dusk.

The stable has 40 matted stalls (12 x 12 and each one has a window), 3 over-sized "birthing" stalls also with windows. Also 8 of the stalls have doors for direct turnout in to the paddocks. There are 4 wash stations w/ hot and cold water, a laundry room, lounge with kitchenette with WIFI and 4 tack rooms.

We currently have 10 small pastures (1/2 to 1 acre), 2 large pastures (10 acres each), 4 dry lots and 2 round pens. The pastures have shelters and auto waterers.
We feed high quality hay "on demand" so the horses have hay in front of them all of the time. We feed grain morning and night to the indoor board horses and morning only to the outdoor boarders. Up to 3 pounds per day of Kalm & Easy is included in the board.

Our outdoor board is $325 per month and indoor is $500-includes daily turn out weather permitting.
