Freshwind Farm is a small boarding and training facility dedicated to the highest quality of equine care.

Located on nearly 70 acres in the rolling hills of Nelson, NY, in the heart of Central New York's horse country, we meet the needs of a wide variety of clients. Our relaxed atmosphere suits pleasure horses, show horses, and everything in between, and is ideal for broodmare and foal care. The small size of our farm ensures individual care and attention for all horses and ponies, regardless of discipline.

Freshwind Farm is conveniently located minutes from Cazenovia and Morrisville and a short drive from Syracuse.

Hunter Landing is a professional, yet affordable, year round, full-care horse boarding facility. We are located in Central New York, just East of Sylvan Beach. We specialize in hunters, jumpers, and equitation for all levels of riding while prioritizing top quality care for each and every individual horse. The Hunter Landing property features a large, lighted outdoor arena and comfortable indoor arena, a full set of jumps, a viewing lounge, approximately 33 acres of pasture for rotational grazing (group or private turnout is available), run-in shelters, a 10' x 16' indoor wash rack with hot water, 12'x12' and 10'x10' matted stalls, and top quality hay and grain. All board includes turnout (weather permitting), daily stall cleaning, dispensing of supplements if purchased by the boarder, and quality hay and grain.

We offer pasture board for $275, mid-range board at $375 (side aisle with storage available in a community tack room), and premium board for $400.

Lessons rates are $30 for a one-hour private lesson and $25 for a one-hour group lesson (dependent on experience). We welcome all levels of riding, from those who are taking their very first lesson, to those that just want to ride for leisure, or for the serious rider that wants to show! We are a family orientated farm on 30 acres of beautiful pastures and woods. We currently can house 12 horses. we provide a safe and secure environment for your horse as well as individualized care. We have 10x10 stalls in main barn and 12x12 stall in a second barn. We are close to the Oswego/Cayuga County trails, we have some short trails on premises. If you enjoy riding the roads they are quite with minimal traffic. We provide full board at $400 a month which included daily turnout, 2x day feeding, hay, stalls cleaned. Whispering Pines is a new equestrian facility offering full care boarding. Our board is inclusive and includes equine BEMER sessions. Horses are fed two-three times daily and supplied with hay as needed. We also believe that turnout is essential and is offered daily, weather permitting.
