rubber mats and fans with European stall fronts which are directly attached to grooming area
***12' x 12' shed row stalls with rubber mats and fans overlooking turn out and attached to indoor riding
arena.
***All floors have rubber mats including center isle and grooming area
***Highest quality hay, shavings and feed.
***160' x 60' Insulated indoor riding arena with tons of light from 25+ windows, equipped with mirrors.
Stone dust base with granite sand, German Geo Tek fiber footing, rubber and dust control
***Ample LED lighting throughout the facility
***130' x 100' outdoor riding arena with stone dust base and 4" sand footing. Arena court available to be
set up for competition prep. Both arenas are harrowed 6x per week
***Video surveillance
***Individual and group grass turn out available: Night turn out during fly season and day turn out during
non fly season. We will work with individual needs.
***More than 30+ combined years of horse care/management including caring for multiple international
level dressage horses.
***Extensive dressage training knowledge through FEI level dressage.
