We are a small family run boarding stable catering to senior and retired horses. We have one four stall barn with 10x10 matted stalls and a six stall barn with 10x12 stalls with individual 16x10 runouts. We provide full board, owners provide their own grain. We grow and harvest our own hay for good quality control. Owners are free to provide as much or as little of the personal care and time at the barn as they choose. We also allow owners to work off board fees by working at maintenance of the stalls and barn facility on a per day basis. Riley's Farm and Equestrian Center is a beautiful 30 acre horse boarding, training, lesson and riding farm, located in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. It is owned and operated by Linsay Rich, and was originally built in 1760. For your convenience, we are open 7AM - 10PM, seven days a week and staffed 24/7 for emergencies.
While offering your horse personalized and caring attention, we also strive to keep Riley's Farm a family-friendly community environment. We are active with the NHSPCA, running fostering, training, adoption and fundraising program.
Riley's Farm and Equestrian Center offers much more than boarding services, for example; multi-discipline riding lessons, horse training, horse rehab care, a X-Country jump course, visiting clinicians covering many topics from Western Dressage to Nutrition. There are trail rides connected to the farm property and we are within a few miles of Pawtuckaway State Park and a short drive to Bearbrook State Park. Dancing Hill is a small 10 stall barn with large comfortable 10x12 stalls..rubber matted and bedded with shavings. Our senior horses are feed three times daily. Peverly Hill Stables, a professionally managed boarding and riding facility, set on a remarkably secluded hilltop a few miles from downtown Portsmouth. The property is a historic, multi- generational farm preserved by a conservation easement that includes 17 stalls in two barns, several acres of pasture, and an unbeatable view of the sunset over the 42 acres.
We are a laid back, drama free pleasure barn, with a very peaceful and friendly atmosphere.
It's not uncommon to see wild turkey and deer wander through our large fields during the early mornings or late evenings.

We have heated water troughs in the winter months and grass turnout with long turnout hours in the Summer.
