LeRoy, Illinois-100 Acre Horse Farm. Natural open pasture boarding 24/7 or Dry lot. Only $375* a month. 27 acres of pasture grazing in season, unlimited round grass bales and heated water in winter. Two indoor arenas, two outdoor grass arenas. 2-acre pond to swim your horse in. Quiet country with plenty of laid-back trail riders boarding here to ride with. Only 2 miles from Moraine View State Park with over 15 miles of horse trails. Our pastures have mature trees and or run-in sheds. 28 years of boarding experience and love of horses. On site owners, on site trimmers, On site certified Surefoot Pad and Red light applications. All levels, breeds welcome and plenty of help for new/first time horse owners. CVS does not provide or feed daily grain/ supplements. Why? Our past experience shows that once horses are on Pasture and or unlimited grass hay, they don't need additional feed. If your horse requires a daily feed, supplement or medicine it would be up to you to provide and administer it or trade favors with other boarders. (All great boarders here and happy to help each other) We don't stall horses, but stalls are available for an illness or injury. We are a private horse facility with 15 acres of grass pasture. We have added on to our barn recently & now we are offering boarding services for up to 4 horses.

Options include...
1.) Full Board = $400 per horse: we feed 2x daily in the morning & evening, we provide grain, hay, water, turnout on grass pasture, stall & cleaning.
2.)Semi Self Board = $300 per horse: you provide your own hay, grain, stall cleaning, ect... but we will do the morning & evening feedings for you.
3.)Self Board = $200 per horse: you take care of 100% of your horses needs.

Included with all 3 of the above listed boarding options: small indoor riding arena, larger outdoor riding arena, stalls are 10'x10', daily turnout on grass pastures,we have access to trail riding on the Sangamon River.
This property is our little slice of heaven. It's peaceful, quiet & has the most beautiful sunsets.
