First Generation Stables is a Private boarding facility for your horse(s).- The stable was established in 1994 with over 35+ years of professional horse & boarding experience.

We have 6 stalls in total so this guarantees a very private setting for your enjoyment.

Recent updates: Old fencing was replaced with new three board Kentucky Style fencing in July 2016, and stall fronts were updated in September 2023.

There are a total of 16.5 acres divided into 6 pastures to ensure plenty of grazing.

Stalls are custom built with 2” oak boards that include custom steel Dutch doors for plenty of fresh air, only outdoor rated professional style enclosed barn fans are used in the stalls for safety of the horses, -no box fans-, Stalls are bedded with quality pelleted pine bedding, heated water buckets are provided when needed indoors and out, each stall has outlets and LED lights, a tack box is provided for your personal items, a saddle rack is available for your saddle and pad, and a custom personal rodent free grain bin is provided for your feed as well.

Updated LED lighting is located throughout the interior of the barn as well as outdoors. All feeding, stall cleaning, daily horse care inspection, and maintenance is provided by the on site owners.

First Generation Stables is 1/4 mile off the road on Indy’s Southeast side and not visible to the street and surrounded by farm fields all within Indianapolis, In. with plenty of space to ride!

We are a new boarding and lesson facility in Perry Township. Enjoy 11 acres of country that is located 1 mile from Southport City hall and minutes from Southport and 65. We offer Full Care Board with an indoor and outdoor riding arena and plenty of outdoor area to ride.

We are really good with the special needs of older horses. All our horses are treated like our own and we provide the best care to each of them. We have heated water buckets in every stall and heated water in the field in the winter. The farrier visits every two weeks and the vet lives very close. We provide high quality care for the Southside price.

Boone Ridge Stables, 33 years in business, is a safe and congenial horse farm located in the agricultural district of Zionsville. Horse board of $700/month includes daily turnout, stall cleaning, feeding 3x/day, hot bran mashes in winter and paste worming every 3 months. Feed and care is individualized to match the specific needs of each horse. The farm has white 3-board fencing, rolling pastures, double-fenced dry lots, interesting terrain with a pond, creeks and wooded areas. Construction of new twin barns with 25 stalls and full-sized indoor riding arena was completed in December, 2016. Climate controlled bathroom, laundry and kitchen were completed in 2017. Grooming courtyard, outdoor turf dressage arena and hunter field were completed in early summer 2018. Climate controlled lounge with viewing window into the indoor arena was completed in 2019. We are a small private barn with limited stalls available. If you are looking for a small family friendly atmosphere we are the place for you. Our focus is on the best care for our horses. And treating our boarders like family. We have 6 acres and an outdoor riding area, the barn sets off the road and is well insulated for the winter and open and breezy for the summer. Fans on all the stalls heated water buckets in the winter. We feed the highest quality grass blend hay we can find and Purina feeds day. We have regular visits from our farrier. As a boarder you have several options as we keep horse and owner happy. Stall boarding, full care boarding, and pasture/outside care are offered with daily turn out. Horses eat three times per day to sustain proper metabolism year round. There is a large 70x120 indoor arena to enjoy that has proper footing, lights, seating, fans, and heaters. A separate tack barn is available for boarders, that is heated and cooled to store tack, as well as a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and a library of horse magazines, books, and video's. The stable is located within a 7-10min walk of Southwestway Park which is an Indy Park that has miles free horse trails. The park goes along White River, Winding River Golf Course, to White River Bridge, Cotton Wood Lakes, and has lots of hills. There are two trainers/instructors and one lives on site.
