We strive to maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for both you and your horse. We truly enjoy our boarders, and visitors. We work hard to make this a place that you will be proud to ride at and have your horse call home.

Individualized care is important to you and to us. We are an 18 stall horse boarding facility that offers 30 acres of well-maintained grass pasture for turnout. Whether you are a competitor or enjoy a quiet setting for pleasure riding, you will enjoy our friendly, caring atmosphere. We have trainers on site. All disciplines welcome.

We are located just 15 minutes from Syracuse or 15 minutes from Auburn at 1695 Stump Rd. Marcellus, NY

Board includes:
Nutrena grain twice a day, including supplements purchased by owner
Hay fed four times a day
Turnout and turn in in lush green pastures with wood fencing
Blanketing and fly spraying
Full use of: dust free indoor arena, dust free outdoor arena, grass arena, and bridle paths
Stadium jump course.
Two full size dressage rings
Cross country course available. For safety, rider needs to be in a lesson with our trainer
Stalls cleaned each day; picked out at night check

Since 1979 If Only Farm has offered quality boarding, professional training for horse and rider, and has hosted hundreds of shows and clinics for riders of all ages. We are located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of central New York State, just minutes northeast of Ithaca, NY and the Cornell Veterinary School and Equine Hospital. If Only Farm is the proud home of the Ithaca College Equestrian Team. Our facility includes two indoor arenas, two outdoor rings, a cross-country course, two boarding barns with box stalls, and numerous turn-out paddocks and pastures. Cal's Legacy Acres is a family owned and operated facility, with an emphasis on creating a quality environment for horses. We are a family orientated farm on 30 acres of beautiful pastures and woods. We currently can house 12 horses. we provide a safe and secure environment for your horse as well as individualized care. We have 10x10 stalls in main barn and 12x12 stall in a second barn. We are close to the Oswego/Cayuga County trails, we have some short trails on premises.
