Extremely large airy barn with 20 Stalls 12 x 12 which provides an ideal environment for each horse, including automatic waters, other amenities include 3 large wash racks, separate feed room, tack room, and Men's and Ladies bathrooms.

Cottonwood Equestrian Center in Lithia is offering spacious stalls (12x12 & 12x14) for $675 full stall board. Full board includes day or night turn out, rotational deworming every other month, custom feed program, blanketing and unblanketing in winter months and we are happy to fly spray before turn out if you leave your fly spray bottle on the blanket bar on the stall. We use slow feed hay nets to ensure everything is eaten instead of walked into the bedding. The barn is equipped with a bathroom and we have a small refrigerator for your convenience. Additionally, the tack room is climate-controlled, has an equine meds refrigerator. Beautiful, quiet 15-acre property has a 70-foot round pen, multiple riding pastures, two full size dressage courts and a full jump course, grass turn outs, spacious hacking path and the Alafia State Trail Reserve less than 2 miles away. J & D Acres trainer is Robin Brooks. Robin has over 12 years of experience training and teaching riders of all levels and ages. Her training techniques and experience enable her students to excel in the hunter, jumper and equitation rings. She strives to help each horse and rider safely and confidently progress to their highest potential.
The property includes a privacy fenced concrete block center isle barn with nineteen 12'x 12' stalls, several stalls have a private run-in paddock, flyspray systems, 30 acres of grass pastures, a lighted ring with clay/sand mixture footing, round pen, full bathroom, office, tack rooms and three wash racks for your convenience.
