Very close into town! 8 stall barn with 3 stall small barn, hot water tank with wash area, and tack rooms. All stalls have rubber mats. New Zealand style coated electric fencing...rated one of the safest electric fencing options available in the horse world. High tensile strength can withstand over 5,000 lbs pressure, highly visible, and secure. Dry pastures measure 56 x 400 feet. More than enough space for daily turnout for one or two horses.
