We own a 36 acre 1st class equine facility just outside Dayton Ohio. It has been built from scratch with the horses well being the main factor. All the horses have their own matted stall with access to water 24/7. They have a light to help their owners see @ night and a roof over their head to store some supplies. Their feed is in a colic proof container in front of their stall and supplies can be stored in a heated tack room. The horses have their own turn-out lot with a water spigot or can go into a group lot. If weather is bad they can go out to stretch in a mud-lot. They can be work, trained, or enjoyed in our 60' round pen, 60' X 120' Indoor arena, 1/2 mile exercise track, or on a near-by trail. If your horse needs to be cooled down or just needs cleaned up use our horse wash house to do so. We nor the horses like bugs(Flys & mosquito) so keep fly preditor's and Purple Martins here to keep the bugs at bay. We also have NO MANURE pile because we spread it on vacent land. It was started in 2000 from an overgrown run down farm. We moved the first 30' x 48' 8 stall barn and erected it on the farm. We had the shell of the second 36' x 72' 12 stall erected by "Walters Builders". We put in the stalls, water, and electric. Next we had Walters Builders" erect a 60' x 120' Indoor Arena. We also installed a 1/2 mile Exercise Track to practice what ever you and your horse need. The original farm has been completely fenced for security. We provide full-care horse boarding on 20 rolling acres in Moraine, Ohio . Horses are turned out daily (weather permitting) in large pastures where your horse can be a horse! Amenities include a secure climate controlled tack room, heated bathroom, hot/cold wash stall, and a grooming/tack-up area. Horse Boarding, Training and Lessons.

Full board includes daily turnout, daily stall cleaning, 2x daily feeding.  Includes 12% sweet feed and hay, will feed supplements if provided. $200.

 Training includes full board plus minimum of 6 days a week training.  
$400.

Exercise program can be added on to full board for $75.  This 
includes 2-3 days of either riding or lunging your horse for 1 hour.  This is great for those who can't make i...t out as often as they would like, but keeps you horse in-shape and behaving for the next time you come to ride!

Lessons: 

$25/hr on your horse at LHF (trailered-in or boarded)
$30/hr on one of LHF's lesson horses
Additional fee for traveling to your property.
