Your horse will enjoy a large clean stall, hours of daily turnout, 3 meals a day, a deeply bedded stall and lots of TLC. You'll enjoy our attached indoor arena, office and bathroom, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your horse is happy, healthy and well cared for.
We have a barefoot trimmer on site, as well as two trainers. Money from our boarding program goes back in to support our therapy program and rescue program. We also have scheduled farrier and vet appointments, and chiropractor or bring your own. Though we specialize in colt starting, the family friendly boarding environment, rescue and EGALA therapies, we are constantly expanding what services we offer.

*Note - we have moved into our own private facility, so address has changed as of June 2013*. Due to exceptionally high demand, stall availability is extremely limited at our 22 stall facility, but they do occasionally open up especially for first time horse owners which we are very happy to help.
At our stables we can offer, training, breaking and hour long private lessons. We own a 34 acre property, 29 acres of which is wooded, has several streams and many trails. We also do offer trailering to the local metro parks, especially to the Hinckley Bridle trails less than a mile away. During hunt season we also trailer to Foxhunting fixtures (subject to both horse and rider capabilities). Unlike most stables in the area, we do not have hidden charges such as for blanketing, turnout, or holding for the vet and farriers. The owner and trainer lives on property.

Surrey Hill Ranch is a small private family-owned stable located in the southwest quadrant of Massillon, Ohio, close to the Route 30 overpass on 17th Street SW (previously known as Carmont Avenue SW). It sits nestled amongst neighboring farms and green pastures. The rising mist from the pond can be seen in the early morning hours against a backdrop of rolling hills and trees. We are a 10 stall private boarding facility located in Jackson Township, Ohio. Our stalls are 10x12 fully matted stalls with a hay rack. We provide a heated facility along with a heated office/tack room combo and indoor wash rack.

Four large pastures are located on the property with hay feeders/shelter for daily turnout(weather permitting).

We provide Purina Strategy Healthy Edge and will feed any supplements that are provided. A quality alfalfa/Timothy mix is fed twice daily in generous quantity.

A brand new 60’x136’ indoor arena will be going in this spring(2021) along with a separate tack room for boarders and a bathroom!
