I have a barn with 17 acres that I am looking to rent/lease to someone who is interested in starting their own equine boarding business. Property has electric and city water.

Our aspiration at Cross Trails Stables is to provide an inexpensive facility where horse lovers of all ages can have serious, and play, time with horses. We offer full care in our 13,060 sq ft facility. Our full board includes feedings of 14% pelleted feed, quality hay grown on the farm, daily stall cleaning with fresh shavings and turnout (weather permitting). Owners and stable help live on site. We are a 21 Stall barn located just 5 minutes off of I-71 and 20 minutes from the World Equestrian Center. We are offering full, partial and self care contracts as well as weekly and over-night boarding. We have 3 small daily turnout pastures and one large day/over-night turnout pasture. We have a large 80x200 indoor arena as well as a large round pen located in the back of the property. The barn managers live on site and are willing to help with whatever you need! All skill levels and disciplines welcome, unfortunately at this time we are not allowing Stallions.
