Tall Pines Equine Rescue has been in operation since 2007 and has helped rescue, rehab and re-home numerous horses and dogs. We work closely with a equine nutritionist, our vet's only clients are horses and we take what we do seriously. The year 2011 will be a mile stone for us. We have already applied and have faith that our own 501(c)(3) non profit status will come through making all donations tax deductible. Our operation is on a small scale and will remain small to guarantee each animal will always have the best food, vet care, training and one on one that we can offer. Horses remain with us until his/her personality has been uncovered to make the perfect human match. Contracts, home visit's and updates from new owners all always required. We serve as a first come first serve basis, so open stalls are not always available, but we also network with other rescues in and out of Ohio to try and re-home. Surrey Hill Ranch is a small private family-owned stable located in the southwest quadrant of Massillon, Ohio, close to the Route 30 overpass on 17th Street SW (previously known as Carmont Avenue SW). It sits nestled amongst neighboring farms and green pastures. The rising mist from the pond can be seen in the early morning hours against a backdrop of rolling hills and trees. The silence is broken as the birds begin their morning chorus. The ducks move effortlessly gliding across the lake leaving only small ripples in their wake. This country setting is quiet and tranquil and the hooves from the horses can be heard as they are let out to pasture. Morning has arrived here at the ranch and it is going to be another beautiful day!

We are a Hunter/Jumper show barn that offers boarding, training, and lessons. We do have Dressage Lessons available.

We are a 10 stall private boarding facility located in Jackson Township, Ohio. Our stalls are 10x12 fully matted stalls with a hay rack. We provide a heated facility along with a heated office/tack room combo and indoor wash rack.

Four large pastures are located on the property with hay feeders/shelter for daily turnout(weather permitting).

We provide Purina Strategy Healthy Edge and will feed any supplements that are provided. A quality alfalfa/Timothy mix is fed twice daily in generous quantity.

A brand new 60’x136’ indoor arena will be going in this spring(2021) along with a separate tack room for boarders and a bathroom!

You will never have to compete for arena space as we are a small private facility with 6 boarders max. We pride ourselves on caring for each horse according to owners wishes and want every boarder to feel at home in our facility.

We are operating out of two barns at the "Old" Success Acres on the outskirts of Sunbury. Our family is able and willing to care for stallions, brood mares, and rehabbing horses of any equine breed.
Full board is $350 per month and includes Buckeye grain twice daily, good quality hay and water 2-3 time’s daily, supplements and or medications can be given as needed. Stalls are cleaned regularly, blanketing and removal are also pervaded. All stalls can be equipped with heated water buckets, fans, and or lights. We have 3 large pastures with good grass and 3 small pastures for turn out all year round when weather permits (mostly solid ground).
