Lazy S is a multi-discipline facility located off of Loomis Road in Muskego. We have stall board currently at $265/month and pasture board currently at $185/month. There is a large indoor arena and a large outdoor area with some trails on the property. Stall horses are fed hay/grain twice daily with supplements given at no additional cost. Pasture horses receive a weekly rotation of round bales and have access to a large barn during inclement weather. All horses have full access to grass pastures throughout the Summer months. Some of the other amenities include our heated lounge with bathroom, television with cable tv, individual tack lockers, use of Fly-Predator (very helpful for the Summer) and a regular de-worming program. They also enjoy spacious paddocks, choice hay in the winter, and pastures in the summer months. The outdoor horses live in a small herd on a plentiful 10 acre pasture. We have two openings for horse boarding. Large box stalls 11 x 13 to our smallest which is 10 x 11 feet. Stalls are all rubber matted and cleaned daily. Grain and hay is feed twice a day. Vitamins, soybean oil and worming are included. Our indoor arena is 60 x 150”. The indoor arena has excellent footing and the lighting is great. We have very dust problems in the arena which is great for horse and rider both. There are heated water tanks in the pasture with very safe fencing. Number of horses are limited to three a pasture. Limited trail riding is available when weather permits. We are a small family run stable. Only 12 horses are on the property. This means when you want to get some work done in the arena you don’t have to worry about a crowd. Horse transportation is available. Board is $235 to $250 a month.
