We are located in the heart of horse country in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. We have several horse properties for sale and can provide valuable information about the area as well as the specific properties.

After moving here from Montana, I experienced difficulty in finding a Realtor who understood what horse owners were looking for. I then decided to engage my Real Estate license to fill the void and became the first Realtor to be recognized as an Equestrian Specialist in the Charlotte Market. As a result, I have sold well over 30 million dollars in horse property, homes with land and rural land to build that dream horse property on.
