After moving here from Montana, I experienced difficulty in finding a Realtor who understood what horse owners were looking for. I then decided to engage my Real Estate license to fill the void and became the first Realtor to be recognized as an Equestrian Specialist in the Charlotte Market. As a result, I have sold well over 30 million dollars in horse property, homes with land and rural land to build that dream horse property on.

Because I work with so many clients I have visited nearly every horse property within a 50 mile radius of Charlotte and can immediately match the buyer with the right property that will fit their needs.

As a horse owner, I have also purchased raw land and have experienced more than once the process of clearing land, planting pastures, fencing and building a barn, therefore can recommend several professionals or can guide the "do it yourselfers" through the process.

As a member of the Realtor Land Institute, I have also earned the distinguished credential of becoming an ACCREDITED LAND CONSULTANT, a degree of which not only requires educational instruction but also requires the candidate to prove that they can and will close a minimum 5 million dollars of only land sales during the limited short term educational time process. I have also earned regional awards as a multi million dollars producer, when working with Coldwell Banker and Re/Max.
