Boarding Services

Our dedicated caretaker offers customizable boarding services to meet your horse’s unique needs, with transparent pricing to avoid unexpected costs. Services include:

Daily Care: Feeding, watering, turnout, and stall mucking, tailored to the owner’s specific feed and care instructions.

Grooming: Regular grooming available upon request, customized to your horse’s needs.

Farrier Coordination: Arrangement of farrier visits with on-site presence, with costs negotiated and paid by the owner.

Veterinary Support: Scheduling of vet visits, including emergency care, with real-time communication to the owner. All vet bills are the owner’s responsibility.

Feed Flexibility: Local hay purchase, transport, and storage arranged at cost (currently ~$5/bale, subject to market fluctuations). Grain and specialized feed regimens sourced per owner’s instructions, with costs paid by the owner as incurred.

Pricing

Rough Board: $300/month (stall and pasture access, owner provides and manages feed and care).

Custom Board: Starting at $600/month for daily care services (excluding hay, grain, farrier, and vet costs, which are owner-funded based on horse’s needs).

Note: To ensure flexibility, we avoid fixed “full board” packages, allowing owners to customize services and manage feed costs directly, protecting against price fluctuations (e.g., hay up to $17/bale in past years).
