Welcome to Westbrook Farm, a Maryland Licensed Boarding facility located in Upper Marlboro, MD. We provide attentive, full care board at a friendly, casual riding facility. We are 3 miles from Rosaryville and Patuxent State Parks and a few minutes from PG Equestrian Center.

In October 2014, we installed a 110 ton bluestone base, 105 tons of arena sand and 13 tons of Surefoot Equestrian Footing! This is, by far, the BEST arena in the area with the most shock absorbent, anti-concussive footing available. Our brand new indoor and outdoor jumps are suited to all skill levels from beginner to competitive jumpers. Perfect for all disciplines! We also recently added a cross country trail with 9/18 challenging jumps of varying skill level as well as a trail obstacle area with a bridge, mailbox grouping, gates, and hanging pool noodles for fun! We also have barrels, tarps, cones, pole bending poles and even a teeter totter!

Facilities include: Lighted indoor arena (150 x 75) with Surefoot Equestrian Footing, lighted outdoor sand ring with jumps (140 x 80), frequent turnout in 50 acres of grassy pastures with run-in sheds and three board oak fences, free-choice hay, matted 12×12 stalls with a tack room in each barn, hot/cold wash stall, access to trails, outdoor wash stall, boarders lounge with bathroom and A/C, and trailer parking is also available. Each stall features opening/closing exterior windows, tongue & groove walls, rubber matting and individual feeders/fresh water. Both barns are located just steps from both our indoor and outdoor arenas!

We love our people as much as our horses which is why you will find a welcoming picnic area and a lounge with full bath (including shower) and complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water and snacks!

As members of the Maryland Horse Council and Maryland Farm Bureau, we stay up to date on the latest information concerning horse ownership, health and care.

Westbrook is open to our boarder family 24/7. We do not close or restrict access to your horse any day of the week or holidays like many farms.

We have a skilled trainer on-site who is an active show competitor and is currently accepting both adult and child/youth boarder clients for lessons/training.

We strive to foster a family atmosphere where boarders can relax and enjoy the peaceful, laid back feel of the farm…whether they are training for an event, or just relaxing with their horse by the pond and taking in the scenery, Westbrook Farm is a place where both horse and rider feel at home!
