BCEC is a 32 acre facility with 25 of those acres in an agricultural conservation easement. Fourteen acres are in hay during the growing season. Most pastures have shelters. Six stall barn with an office, tack and feed rooms, lounge, toilet, hot and cold outdoor wash bay. 100 X 180 outdoor arena, 50 X 90 covered arena, round pen, one mile perimeter bridle trail. Arena footing is GGT felt-fiber footing (installed 2009). Separate hay barn; caretaker's home on site.
