Private,Quiet,Friendly And Relaxing would best describe a typical day here on our 15 acre farm located just 3 minutes from highway 512 off of Canyon Rd. in a very small but well known and liked area known as "Summit" Still in Tacoma and a rock throw from Puyallup. We are also very conviently located across from the 84th Street trails also known as the "Pipeline Trails" which run along the powerlines. I have been liveing on this farm for the past 26 years with my husband and 3 children and now our 4 grandsons. We love our home and we love horses. I am just starting my horse boarding business so I am going to allow only 8 horses to be here, so we can assure the proper and individual care your horse may need. Our barn is being modified to meet your horses requirements so they are safe, comfortable and relaxed. This is a private stall with private turnout into private small pasture with private feeder and water trough. These areas will be cleaned daily by our staff and will be included in our monthly fee for care and boarding of $500.00 per month. Owner is responsible for supplying any food or hay the horse(s) require daily or as a supplement, we can include feeding your horse along with private stall, pasture, and turnout for $550.00 per month (food is provided by horse owner and can be stored with us at no additional charge. There is no private training or rideing lessons available at this time, however owners can ride their horses anytime they want to as long as they register on visitors list upon arriveing and read and sign release of liability form and give it to one of the staff members before rideing any horse(s). I am accepting only 8 horses, so when we open up in a week things should go smoothly...I hope you are as excited as I am.
