Each stall contains the "Soft Stall" bedding system and shavings. This system is a stall flooring that acts as a therapeutic bedding system for your horse, allowing rest which is essential in rejuvenating muscles, tendons, joints and the rest of the body

At Southwest Ranches Equestrian Club, we have constructed a state of the art facility in 2008 that includes a 16 stall barn with each stall measuring 11.5' x 13'. Each stall has cedar and pine walls, hay rack and feed tub on a separate door, and a dedicated fan in each stall.

The center aisle of the barn is constructed with "Safe Walk" interlocking pavers which allows for a constant sure-grip surface and impact absorption for a safer, more secure environment.

The tack boxes may be kept outside of the stall

New "Bug Defend" pesticide system is installed in each stall to avoid any flies, mosquitoes, and ticks. Our system is set up with 2 spray nozzles in each stall. The system sprays every hour of the day for 20 seconds, allowing a pest free environment !!

The feed and hay are the best quality available and all the water that is used for your equine is filtered.

A plasma TV with DVD recorder is in the barn to review your lesson or practice if it has been taped. Customers may also use it for instructional videos. The system is also DirecTV enabled, watch equine events on television such as the RFD-TV Network.

On site you will also find an office, tack room, wash racks and a large deck next to a tranquil pond to sit and relax.

One of Southwest Ranches Equestrian Club's main priorities is not only the piece of mind of it's clients, but the health and welfare of the horses they take care of.

This being said, we have installed a video monitoring system that allows us to monitor the entire farm including the arena, paddocks and exercise pen via live cameras.

We have also installed cameras in the barn above each stall, allowing us to see your horse at any time of the day or night to make sure everything is well with your equine.

With our client in mind, we decided to take it to a more personal level. Client's may log into an administered IP address from their computer at home or while on the road 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week and see their horse in real time !!

As a bonus, we will have live web cams on this website of the arena, paddocks and exercise ring. Our clients can be at home, at the office or out of town and see the weather conditions which allows you to make a decision on whether you may ride that day or not.
