Gulfside Trail Rides / Horse Boarding Farm in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida

We'd love to welcome you to our horse ranch of 20 acres here at Arnett's Gulfside Trail Rides, Stables, and Campground.

We are adjacent to 13,800 acres of the Point Washington State Forest, which provides a beautiful riding experience for all.

We have a horse for everyone and, if requested, a riding instructor. Our experienced trail boss will be happy to point out interesting facts about the forest during a trail ride. Our trail boss is available to take up to six riders at a time on a guided horse ride to experience the beautiful forest.

Presently, we have a 14 stall barn located on our ranch in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. (By summer 2011, we will increase the number of stalls to 34.) The stalls are available for yearly, monthly, weekly or daily rental. Yearly and monthly board includes 12% protein feed, fed morning and evening, and free choice hay.

On May 1, 2011, we are opening our 16 campsite horse park directly adjoining the state forest. Each site will include a water hookup, power and a hitching rail for your horses. Campers are also welcome to stall their horses in our barn on a weekly or daily basis. Our amenities include men's and women's restrooms and showers. Firewood, ice, horse feed, hay, shavings, the use of a washer and dryer and other necessities are available at minimal cost.

As a camper, you are free to ride your horse, or one provided by us, on your time schedule and at your leisure on the endless trails in the Port Washington State Forest. You're also welcome to use our warm and fuzzy covered picnic area for grilling and gathering (a campfire is close by!).

What is truly unique, is that all of this is minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf of Mexico is less than 1/2 mile away at the end of the road that brings you to our farm. At that spot, there is a county park available for your full enjoyment of the beach activities. Along with the beach activities, there is beach shopping, dining and cafés in the direct facinity.
