Epic Performance Horse / Horse Boarding Farm in Creswell, Oregon
Offering experienced horse boarding at a beautiful facility. Everyone is knowledgeable, nice, caring, and drama free. We have a large indoor sand arena, indoor round pen, and hot water wash rack. We have a couple stalls available that are 12x12 and matted. We have multiple horse boarding options to choose from. All the options we have include the following at no extra charge:
• Blanket/unblanket
• Put on/off fly masks
• Apply our fly spray every day
• Turn out/ bring in
• Hold for farrier
• Worm your wormer
• Hold for vet
• We can make appointments for you if needed
• Horses feet are picked everyday when coming in
We are offering Partial care and full care at this time.
Partial care: $250 You supply feed. We feed 3x’s per day. 2x’s if you prefer. We clean stalls 2x’s per day with our bedding. We will feed your grain and supplements, water and clean and disinfect buckets as needed.
Full care: $350 We supply orchard/alfalfa, valley grass, or straight alfalfa, or a combination 3x’s per day. 2x’s if you prefer. And safe choice. Or we can feed your preferred grain and supplements that you purchase. Stalls are cleaned 2x’s a day, watered and buckets cleaned and disinfected as needed.
What sets us apart from all other boarding barns is that we offer exercise options as well, retirement options, and show/sale prep options.
Exercise option 1: $50 plus one of the above Horses are lunged or ridden for ½ hour 3 days per week by experienced horseperson
Exercise option 2: $100 plus one of the above Horses are lunged or ridden for 1 hour 3-4 days per week
Show/Sale prep: available with full care only: $600 includes full care All full care, plus ultium performance feed or oats, enrich 32, daily wormer, oil and flaxseed. Horses are exercised according to their needs 5 days a week. Horses are bathed with natural organic shampoo once per week, and hosed daily after workouts. Horses can be sweated as well. We recommend horses get chiropractic adjustments regularly with a rigorous exercise plan and if you choose, we can make those appointments for you according to what you prefer, as well as massage therapy. If the horse is for sale, we will take photos for you, video, and show the horse to potential purchasers that you line up. If you need the horse shown while under our care, please let us know. We are able to show the horse for you, with extra charges, or can rearrange schedule so that you can take the horse to shows. We will work around anything you need done to meet your individual needs.
Retirement care: $200-$450 plus partial care or full care
We accept senior residents throughout the country with issues such as Cushing’s, Insulin Resistance, Arthritis, Chronic Lameness, Laminitis, Hard Keepers, and ones with Dental Challenges. Many extras such as yearly dental work, sheath cleaning, chiropractic work, acupuncture, massage therapy, hoof trimming, worming and grooming can be included in the monthly board rate. Feed will include hay, or chopped forage, grain, feed mash and more, depending on the individual horses need. We will administer medications with the consent of a licensed vet, or can get consent from our vet. Retirement care includes exercise 3 days a week if needed, grooming weekly, and bathing monthly.
