We are a privately owned boarding facility nestled in between 13 acres of woods that houses a total of 16 horses. We do not run clinics or shows so you will not be fighting with others over arena use!! We have tried to create a place with both the boarder and horse in mind and truly believe that we offer a wonderful experience for both! - Option to haul to area indoor arenas during the winter months at additional charge.
- small square bales fed via slow feeders in both stalls and paddock so all horses have hay in front of them 24/7!
- small herd sizes of 2-3 horses per paddock with a graveled bridle path to each paddock for easy access for the boarder.
- drylots & sheds cleaned regularly
- stalls cleaned daily
- stall option for outdoor boards if health need arises
safe and secure 5 wire fencing with a topline of braided rope to increase visibility for horses sake.
- very safe and durably built 3 sided shelters in each paddock for outdoor boards.
- drylotted area in each paddock to keep horses out of mud in the spring and fall.
- Mineral and salt licks provided in every paddock.
- Horses rotated through grazing paddocks during growing season. (also rotated through these paddocks once ground freezes again so they have additional room to roam!)
- Heated tack room with plenty of room to store tack and supplies
- Laundry service for rags/towels
- Care, Custody and Control Insurance above and beyond basic liability insurance
-Mini fridge & water cooler in the tack room.
- Automatic fly sprayers in barn
-Wash bay with hot and cold water supply
-Veterinarian approved deworming & vaccine program
- Daily blanketing & Fly Mask/Fly Spray application for indoors (owner supplied)
- Intermittent blanketing of outdoors (owner supplied)
- Owner supplied grain up to 2 times per day
- Your insured trainers is welcome to our barn!
- Discount for those who board multiple horses and/or board with us for more than one year.
- Individual tack lockers, trailer parking, holding for vet/farrier, and horse hauling available at additional charge.
- Owner/ Barn Manager lives on premises
