Briarmar Stables, situated on Hwy. 17 at the mouth of the Nansemond River, less than 20 minutes to Norfolk, offers 3 boarding opportunities. As of August 2012 the barn has six open stalls for geldings 16 or less hands only. The facility offers full-size 12x12 box stall, 100x180 oval arena, and 3 pastures. Barn facilities are shown by appointment only.
