Scenic trails surround the property, plenty of room to ride and roam! 1/2 mile oval sand footed exercise track to keep your horse in top condition! 12x12 stalls in a center aisle barn with indoor h/c wash rack, heated tack room, full bath plus half bath, heated riders lounge and grassy pastures for all day/all night 7 day a week turnout. We feed quality Purina products and hay 3x daily. Owner lives on property, night checks daily. Foundation training, natural horsemanship lessons and youth beginner riding lessons. Meticulous care for your horse!
