Ten acres of beautiful open pasture directly across the street from Chito Branch Reserve, 5,500 acres of Equestrian property and riding trails. Huge 10 stall barn with a tack room, bathroom, and wash areas. Family friendly farm!

LOTS OF TURN-OUT!

Full board at $350.00
- Large 10 stall, center-aisle concrete barn with bath-room, tack room, and wash racks.
- We provide our quality feed two times per day. (Seminole)
- We provide our quality hay. (O&A, T&A, Alfalfa)
- We provide fresh shavings.
- We turn out evenings and bring in mornings.
- 12X12 stalls with rubber mats and fans.
- Automatic waterers in each stall.
- 12X16 walkout for each stall.
- Fans in each stall.
- We clean stalls throughout the day.
- Clean bath-room with shower.
- Tack room with fridge and drinks.
- Riding arena.
- Round pen.
- I blanket, give supplements and wormers, and anything else your horse might need.

Fun, relaxed, family oriented barn. Your horse will be taken care of and loved as our own.
You will have access to the riding trails at any time. Directly across the street from our barn, no trailer needed.
Owner has 10+ years experience in 4-H/Mounted drill team/Mounted posse. Rides and shows competitively.
