Horse Boarding just east of I-25 and 136th Ave. Great location, with easy access. Save fuel and ride more often, having your horse closer to where you live. We are offering a limited number of stalls on our property. Please call to schedule a time and stop by for a tour.

Boards starts at $290.00/ month. Stalls are cleaned on a daily basis in the morning by the facility.
*Quality hay, stored inside the barn, not outside in the weather. Grass / alfalfa mix. More grass than alfalfa.
*The facility will feed grain you provide.
*All stalls have spacious shelter under the barn lean-to.
* Stall mats.
* No mud when it rains and snows, as we haul in a sand mixture for the entire barnyard area.
* All stalls have large runs. 12' to 27' wide. 50' to 90' long.
* We also have a larger area (dry lot) for turn-out.
* Large, lighted, lockable, weather and mouse proof tack rooms. Tack rooms have keyless entry, so no keys to carry around or remember.
*An area is provided within the barn to store grain, thus freeing up additional space within your tack room.
* Automatic waterers, provides clean fresh water constantly. Heated in winter.
* Lights under lean-to for visibility.
* Large 4' OR 5' round galvanized tank provided for feeding hay off the ground.
* Two 60' Round pens. One open rail and the other closed sided. The closed sided r-pen walls are at an angle so you can ride within it without hitting your knees.
* Riding/ trails available within the neighborhood and surrounding area. No need to trailer-out to ride, just jump on and go.
* Friendly, clean, safe area for you and your horse.
* Manure is hauled away on a regular basis to prevent excessive flies, bugs and odor.
* Barn bathroom available for your convenience.
* Wash area for your horse.
* Mounting block, located just outside the barnyard fence for rides within the neighborhood.
* An outdoor riding arena 60' x 150' Barrels, cones, mounting block, etc provided. The arena is groomed regularly.
