We are an 9 stall barn that offers concreted floors throughout , 12x12 matted stalls with WINDOWS and fly spray systems in each stall, H&C wash rack, tack room and individual lockers, "HEATED & AIR-CONDITIONED"break room with tv, bathroom, fridge with freezer/microwave, camera system throughout facility, 120x230 lighted arena with newly added river sand with observation deck, and two tie up areas with overhead fans. We have 4 Large paddocks for our full board horses. New 3 board wooden fences throughout the property with grass pastures, and run-in-sheds. Horses are either let out in pairs or in individual paddocks for 7+ hours most days (depending on weather).Feedings 2x a day/ stalls & water buckets cleaned daily. Do you have a horse that requires special turnout needs? We can work with you if you horse needs limited turnout. Layovers are also welcome with copy of current coggins.
