Full care boarding located just minutes off I-5 Exit 88, in the infamous 50+ stall mega-barn that has housed horses within its walls for decades.

$435/month.

12x12 matted stalls, closed or open top, with mounted grain feeders and an optional hay manger. Daily cleaning done by stable hands.

Twice a day feedings of high quality local grass hay and/or alfalfa, with up to 4lbs of Special Blend pellets included in each feeding.
Additional supplements, hay, or alfalfa provided by the owner are welcome, and will be fed by the stable hands at the owner-preferred meal times.

If needed, we will provide additional hay or alfalfa at an additional low cost.

Full size covered arena with new LED lighting overhead, with a half arena next door.

The large arena has three forms of spectator seating: a bench running the length of the arena on one side, a small theather-style seating room on the other side, and a cozy heated room with a window to the arena for those chilly winter days.

Both arenas have standard dirt footing, were laser-leveled over the summer, are watered thrice weekly as needed, and thoroughly dragged once a week.
The half arena also doubles as a temporary individual turnout space during times of inclement weather, to give everyone a chance to run and roll and play.

Individual paddocks outside for daily turnout.
Half or all of the morning meal is set outdoors, weather allowing.

Heated, secure tack room with individual 'stalls' for each boarder, each equipped with a saddle rack, bridle/halter/tack racks, and a top storing shelf.

Four tacking areas fit with cross ties, with a roomy hot/cold water wash stall next door.

Fly mask and blanket appliance and removal services offered at owner's request.

We have a wonderful trainer affiliated with us.

Horse trailer parking available at a low cost of $25/month.

Jump nights, group rides, etc will be hosted here over the coming months.
