Huge barn with two co-op stall available. $200 a month- owner supplies all hay, grain, shavings, cleans stall daily, and does two PM turn-ins or two AM turn-outs during the weekday. Turn-out starts at 7:00AM and Turn-in is anywhere between 4:00 and 5:30PM and takes one hour. Stalls are 12X12 and matted. 80 x 200 Indoor Arena with viewing areas on the main floor and above.
