This is a Self-Care Boarding Facility. Approximately 2 acres of secluded pasture across the street from an equine veterinary practice. Well-ventilated barn has two approximately 15 x 20' stalls with Dutch doors that open to a large paddock with a gate to a two-acre grass paddocks. Barn has an overhang which keeps rain away from the barn. The tack room has electric heat. Hay loft is accessible by a ladder. There is well water onsite. Small stone ring for riding.
