Across the Way Stables / Horse Boarding Farm in Winder, Georgia

Across the Way Stables LLC, a full service facility, is conveniently located in the midst of Barrow County’s Equestrian Community.

Facilities includes 12 stall barn, trailer parking, covered arena, 20 acres in pasture. Trails on and off the property; access to miles of trails ranging from dirt road, woods, open fields.

Horses are fed 2x daily with premium feed. We offer an individualized feeding program. Horse are given quality hay daily. Our philosophy is forage first (hay or grass), grain second. We hold for barn vet and farrier, and do minor wound care at no charge.

Our covered (non-metal) arena allows for riding in the rain without going deaf. The temperature under the cover feels 20 degrees cooler on hot days.

We treat all horses as they were our own. Since we live on the premises, we spend a majority of our time at the barn working with the horses.
