North hall area- 2 miles from Don Carter State Park with 15 miles of horse trails.
Offering two separate pastures totaling six acres with 4 board fencing. Large run in shed and shady areas as well as water access to both pastures- electric is also available. Land will easily maintain 2 large horses. Newer barn in excellent condition. Barn amenities include: (4) 10 x 14’ stalls with ceiling fans, large 10’ hallway, large tack room, full bathroom, 10 x 14’ wash rack with cold AND hot water, plenty of ventilation with attic fans, split doors and rear barn doors.
This is NOT a boarding facility; clients must take care of their own horses!
Cost per horse is $450, which includes the use of (1) stall per horse, pasture, and barn. Owners will supply essentials to utilize barn to its fullest capability.
Six-month lease required with 30-day notice as well as a signed waiver of liability.
Owners require: (2) references, copy of up-to-date vaccinations as well as annual Coggins.
