New large run in shelter for geldings. Separate run in for mares.

Many trail and show venues nearby.
Small herd of goats in separate barn and pasture. One friendly mini donkey resides on property.
Neighbor horses that can be seen but not directly contacted by equines in our pastures. I own one sweet Aqha gelding.
Natural Horsemanship, Western trainer travels to property for lessons. Dressage trainer will travel to property.
An indoor arena is available for rent 5 miles away if desired.
Conveniently located 10 miles from town of Warrenton and 12 miles from town of Culpeper. 5 Minutes off of route 29.
Surrounded by homes with farmland. Mountain View, gorgeous sunsets, quiet and peaceful area.
We live on property and regularly do welfare checks on horses.
