I am currently apprenticing under Mario Imperato and trim horses on my free time as I build up my tools and equipment to shoe full time.

I specialize on thoroughbred and quarter horses but work on most breeds and disciplines. Shoeing a stakes horse in the morning and trimming a mini in the afternoon is a pretty normal work day. I approach every horse the same. It doesn't matter if they are a back yard ornament or a high level performance horse they all get the same level of attention. I am specialized in Natural Balance hoof science, Shod-to-barefoot transitions, and proper barefoot trimming techniques, with special consideration for senior horses and horses living in wet conditions.
