Camp at River Landing Stables is 5 fun filled days packed with equine activities. Our riding camp is the closest you can get to a day at your grand parents' farm. But for those kids whose grandparents don't live on a farm, enjoy the experience right here at River Landing Stables.

Western/English Horseback Riding
Tacking up: blanket, saddle, and bridle
Riding Lesson: mounting, balance, coordination, and control of the horse
Horse care: grooming, feeding, and general maintenance
Fundamentals: safety precautions, language of Equus, and trail riding etiquette

Full service equestrian facility located on 106 acres just 10 minutes from Wilmington. We are a hunter jumper barn offering boarding, lessons, training and on site horse shows.
We have a great selection of fun and safe Lesson Horses from beginner to advanced. We teach all levels of riding, So if you’re just starting out, or are showing and jump a course of fences we have a program for you.
Other activities include:
Summer Camp program. Weeks are limited to 10 students, and are open to beginners thru advanced. Lots of saddle time as well as horsemanship.

I am offering beg. and inter. level lessons and horse/ pony rides for ages 5 and up. Prices start at 5$. I also am doing a summer horse/swim camp geared to kids ages 5-12, older kids welcome.
